Rabbit community guidelines

What is welcome on a Rabbit video call, what is not, and what happens when somebody crosses the line.

Respect other users

Everybody here chose to be on camera with a stranger, which takes a certain amount of goodwill. Treat the person in the call the way you would want to be treated in the same seat. Ending a call politely is always fine; being unpleasant on the way out is not.

No harassment

Sexual pressure, slurs, threats, insults about appearance, repeated contact after somebody has said no — all of it ends accounts. This applies as much to a five-second call as to a long conversation.

No impersonation

Be yourself on camera. Pretending to be another person, using someone else's photos or video, or running a pre-recorded loop as a live feed is grounds for removal.

No illegal content

Anything illegal where you are or where the other person is has no place on a call. Anyone under 18 is not permitted on this service at all, and accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are removed.

No spam or scams

Do not use calls to advertise, to move people to another platform, to solicit money or to collect contact details in bulk. Requests for money in any form — including gift cards and crypto — are treated as fraud.

Privacy and recording

Recording, screenshotting or streaming another person without their consent is prohibited, and sharing anything captured from a call is a serious violation. What happens in a private 1-on-1 call stays in it.

Reporting violations

Use the report control during a call, or write to [email protected]. Reports are how moderation finds repeat behaviour. See our safety page for what to do in the moment.

Account enforcement

Depending on what happened, an account may be warned, limited, suspended or removed permanently. Serious violations — anything involving minors, threats or non-consensual recording — skip straight to removal, and may be referred further.
